Posture Chair - Angled at a comfortable 90 degrees, this kneeling chair creates good posture that's normally only achieved by standing. Height Adjustment - The sturdy wooden frame is height adjustable, so you can customize the seat angle as desired. Thick Cushions - Get the necessary support with 4" thick cushions on the seat and knee surface. Sturdy Wooden Frame - Provides excellent support for individuals weighing up to 200 lbs. Small Footprint - The base of this chair has a 24" maximum depth for a space-efficient setup.

Assembly is simple and straightforward. First, insert the upper frame into the lower frame and align the front holes. Attach the frames using the provided hardware. Next, assemble the adjustable support to the rear of the upper and lower frames using the provided hardware, and tighten all screws with the Allen wrench. Then, attach the seat pad to the rear of the upper frame, and secure the knee pad to the front of the lower frame using the provided hardware. Finally, screw the casters into the holes on the underside of the frames and tighten.
